Shipping Info:

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders placed before Noon EST will arrive 4-6 business days following placement of your order. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may take slightly longer.

2ND DAY AIR: Orders placed before Noon EST will arrive on the second business day following placement of your order (excludes APO addresses.)

NEXT DAY AIR: Orders placed before Noon EST will arrive on the next business day following placement of your order (excludes APO addresses.)

Troops Cigar Information

If you choose to purchase cigars to be delivered to an address you specify, Maker's Mark Gift Shop is happy to offer you FREE ground shipping. Please note, the "Free Shipping Offer" requires a minimum order of a Maker's Mark Box of 10 Cigars. (Sorry, but single cigar orders do not qualify for the free shipping offer). If you are shipping to an APO address please call (800) 680-7890.

If you choose to donate cigars to our troops, no shipping charges apply. We'll cover the cost of shipping the donated Maker's Mark Cigars to our contacts within the various branches of the service and they will distribute your donated cigars to our soldiers.

Shipping Charges

The shipping charge is based on the total weight of your items, the shipping option chosen, and the destination of your order. You will be able to view this calculated charge before submitting your order.

Overseas Orders

Orders outside the U.S. must be placed through our customer service department by calling: (502) 493-9595 or (800) 680-7890. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

Order by Mail

To send the Maker's Mark Giftshop your order via mail, print a copy of your online shopping cart page (after you have entered your address information online and clicked "continue"). This page will show your purchase total including shipping amount which should be added to the total cost of your selected items). Note: Order confirmation can only be sent if you provide us a valid email address.
