Charges

The shipping & handling charge is based on the total weight of your items, the shipping option chosen, and the destination of your order. You will be able to view this calculated charge before submitting your online order.

Shipping Options:

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders placed before Noon EST will arrive in 4-6 business days. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may take slightly longer.

2ND DAY AIR: Orders placed before Noon EST will arrive on the second business day following placement of your order (excludes APO addresses.)

NEXT DAY AIR: Orders placed before Noon EST will arrive on the next business day following placement of your order (excludes APO addresses.)

Overseas Orders

Orders outside the U.S. must be placed through our customer service department by calling: (502) 493-9595 or (800) 680-7890. Office hours are between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm EST.

Order by Mail

To send the Maker's Mark Giftshop your order via mail, print a copy of your online shopping cart page (after you have entered your address information online and hit “continue”). This page will show your purchase total including shipping amount which should be added to the total cost of your selected items). Note: Order confirmation can only be sent if you provide us a valid email address.
